What is your delivery charge?

All UK orders up to and including £39.99 will incur a delivery charge of £3.00. UK orders of £40.00 and upwards are free. A few larger/bulky items going to Scottish Highlands, UK islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may incur a surcharge. We will contact you before proceeding. For international orders, please contact us for a quote.

How to return an item

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase from us, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods by e-mailing info@longbone.co.uk

Return your goods in an unused condition and in the original packaging for a full refund of the cost of your goods. Sorry, but we cannot refund postage.

This does not affect your statutory rights. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of goods to HB Longbone & Son. If any item that you order is out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. You will have the option of having it back-ordered for you or cancelling altogether.

I want more than one metre of fabric. Will it come in lots of bits.

No. All fabrics (including nets) will be sent as one continuous length, ie if you buy 3 metres, you will get one piece of material, 3 metres long.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All our prices include Standard UK VAT.

How will my goods be delivered?

Orders received before 4 pm Mondays to Fridays (11 am on Saturdays) are normally posted the same day (public holidays excluded). Items are mostly sent by Royal Mail 48. Larger items may come by carrier. If you are likely to be out, please consider an alternative delivery address. We cannot arrange a specific delivery slot.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, contact us either by telephone (01289 307534) or by e-mail (info@longbone.co.uk). If the goods have already been dispatched, you will need to follow the advice in our section Refunds and Exchanges.

Can I get my goods on an express delivery?

Yes. Please place the order in the normal way and telephone us (01289 307534) as soon as possible and we will advise accordingly.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes, in most cases. We ship goods regularly to Australia, Canada, etc. This does incur extra postage charges. Please contact us (+44 1289 307534; info@longbone.co.uk) and we will advise you accordingly. A few countries and certain items are excluded from this service.
