Delivery

Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. Providing items are in stock, we aim to dispatch goods the same day as that ordered. Delivery is by Royal Mail 48. You will be informed immediately if an order is likely to take longer than expected and given the chance either to cancel or amend your order. If you do not receive an order which has been dispatched to you, contact us via e-mail or by telephone.

Any order can be cancelled by contacting us either by telephone (01289 307534) or by e-mail (longboneberwick@tiscali.co.uk).

Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. If there is a further delay, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail.

Our Promise to You

We source products that are of a high quality and made with great care; however, if you wish to return an item for refund or exchange, please send it back in its original packaging and in saleable condition within seven days of receipt. Please note that P&P and returns postage are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please get proof of postage or send the item back by recorded delivery. We regret we cannot be responsible for any returns that get lost in the post. Full returns details are found on the dispatch note included in your parcel.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchange orders will be processed upon receipt and your replacement items will be delivered in accordance to our delivery terms. Items returned for refund will be credited back in the manner that you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 10 days of receipt.

With items that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged during transit, please notify us of the problem immediately and we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund including any delivery cost (where applicable). Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our premises. If you have simply changed your mind or ordered an incorrect size, we will still provide a full refund.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.
